We have a couple of new Beef Chuck products available at the moment to try for a slow cooked feast.
Take a look below for the cuts and a few recipe ideas. Most recipes are based on traditional chuck steak or short ribs, but these cuts work just as well. Bone in = more flavour!
Beef Chuck Rib – prepared from the chuck after the removal of the brisket and the chuck roll.
Chuck Short Ribs – these are the cut version of the whole chuck rib piece
Bone in Chuck – the remaining rib meat after the removal of the brisket

- Reverse Sear Chuck steak – try the bone in with this reverse sear method – cooking slow over indirect heat and then searing
