Good news for all the Bacon lovers out there……our Gold Medal Award-Winning Bacon is now back in stock.  Paul took a breather from the Bacon over the Christmas period to focus on (ahem, our other award-winning product) Christmas Hams.  This time around though, he’s made them from the pork belly, rather than the loin.  This Belly Bacon, or Streaky Bacon as it’s also known is great for that crispy cooked bacon, the popular style in North America.

This Bacon took out the Gold Medal at last year’s Australian Food Awards.  There’s a process involved in cooking up this bacon, here’s a reminder from a video we shot last year:
