Paul Taylor, our resident ham expert, has been preparing his fresh, quality hams for the Christmas season.

Paul is a multi-award winning producer, recognised continually since 2015 in competitions such as the Australian Food Awards, the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show, and most recently securing a Gold Medal at the Australian Charcuterie Awards for our Premium Bone-in Leg Hams.

Our Taylor’s Premium Boneless Hams have been awarded a Gold Medal in every competition entered since 2018.  These finely produced hams come down to consistency of our fresh pork supply, and seamless, efficient production processes in curing and smoking here onsite.  These hams are even available all year round

**NEW HAM** Gold Medal Award Winning Ham for Christmas.  Taylor’s Fine Foods Premium Festive Christmas Whole Leg Ham is the ultimate ham for your Christmas Feast.  One of the highest scoring hams in Australia at the 2023 Australian Charcuterie Excellence Awards, winning a Gold Medal.

This ham is made with a specially crafted cure of herbs, spices, flavorings and aromatics to produce a new version of our most loved, and best selling Christmas Hams.  Using Pilton Valley premium pork, produced by us here and cooked in our Taylor’s Fine Foods onsite smokehouse.
