It’s your traditional schnitzel but with a delicious herb and garlic twist. Thinly sliced and tenderised these juicy breast schnitzels are so easy to cook straight into the pan or pre-heated oven, and you’ll have a great meal in no time!

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add schnitzel into pan and cook. Cover with lid to prevent drying out. Turn after approximately 8 minutes. Cook for a further 8 minutes. Once cooked, allow to stand for a few minutes before serving.
Oven bake in a preheated 180’c oven for 30-35mins or until crumb is golden and crunchy.
