Cook on a low to medium heat pan or BBQ to avoid the casing splitting. Taylor’s Fine Foods Manager Paul recommends also blanching the gourmet sausages prior to cooking to ensure an even cook of the casings and through the inside. Add to a pot of cool water, bring to the boil then finish in the pan or BBQ.
